Reheating Instructions
From our kitchen to yours — with gratitude.
Tools Required:
Food Thermometer
Carving Knife
Oven
Stove Top
Turkey & Ham
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place turkey (and ham) in oven and heat (covered) for 30 minutes. For ham, please add 10 additional minutes of cook time.
Remove foil and continue to heat uncovered for 15–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Cooking times vary depending on oven type and how full the oven is — always use a thermometer to confirm temperature in the thickest parts of the meat.
Once heated through, let the turkey rest for 10–15 minutes before carving.
Tip: Let the turkey rest while you reheat your side dishes — everything will be warm and ready to serve together.
Warm Side Dishes
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Heat for around 20-30 minutes, or until hot throughout (165°F).
For sides with crispy or caramelized toppings (such as stuffing, brussels sprouts, or green beans), remove foil during the last 5–10 minutes.
If reheating several dishes at once, allow extra time and rotate trays midway, and stir for even heating.
Gravy
Warm gently on the stovetop over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until hot. Add drippings from turkey for extra flavor.
Cold Side Dishes
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Serving Tips
Use warmed serving platters or bowls to keep food hot longer.
Garnish with fresh herbs, citrus, or roasted garlic for an elevated presentation.
