We started Hillbilly Catering 20 years ago, and traveled the United States serving large scale VIP crowds at music festivals, concerts, sporting events, and corporate conferences. Along the way we explored National Parks, collected culinary treasures from antique stores, and eventually found our forever home in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Now we serve the Grand Valley and Moab, Utah communities in nostalgic style.

Our custom menus compliment the vibe of your event and delight diverse crowds.
